Right of withdrawal

This English text is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding: Widerruf (Deutsch).
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Purchases via the App Store: When you take out subscriptions for Conciva in the iOS app via Apple’s in-app purchase, you buy them from Apple. Apple’s terms apply to these purchases; withdrawal and refunds are handled via Apple, not via us. The following information applies to contracts that you conclude directly with us, for example for plans and credit balance on the web.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Inomerce UG (haftungsbeschränkt)An der Tonkuhle 21-25
32657 Lemgo
Email: support@inomerce.com
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in comparison with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For services: Your right of withdrawal expires if we have provided the service in full and only began performing the service after you had given your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium: Your right of withdrawal also expires if we have begun performing the contract after you
- have expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- have confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
- we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.
Withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can fill in the following form directly and then send us the statement by email. Use of this form is not obligatory.
Use of this form is voluntary. You can also notify us of your withdrawal informally by email to support@inomerce.com or by post.
