What applies to every plan
Every plan, Free included, gives you every app. In The Vision this includes batch runs for many products, the API, usage reports and team approvals.
What costs no credits: Exporting images and listings, reading product links and checking listings against marketplace rules, reading, approving and sending customer messages, adding, sorting and searching company knowledge in The Brain.
On a monthly plan the credits arrive every month, on a yearly plan all at once for the year. Credits do not expire as long as your account exists.
Every plan starts with a free account. You then choose the plan in The Vision under “Credits” (ai.inomerce.com/credits).

You pay for what arrives
An image that is not delivered costs nothing. In The Office the plan price is the frame. If a task needs more than a quarter more (at least 5 credits of leeway), it stops and asks you.
Worked example: one month on Starter
Say a shop adds 10 new products in a month and answers 150 customer messages in Conciva.

Starter brings 1,000 credits for 9.99 €. The remaining 200 credits are left for chat messages in The Vision and for images you ask to have made again.
As a single job in The Office, such a product appears in the plan at 65 credits, plus 3 for the planning, 68 in all. Directly in The Vision and The Author it is about 48. The plan holds 55 for the image task with two images and 10 for the listing. From Pro on, Nora checks every image against your photo, and the priced-in rework is only charged if she asks for one.

Cancellation
You cancel in your account under “Manage subscription”, at the end of the current month or year.
Servers
Web apps and database in London; jobs in The Office run on a server in Germany.
AI provider
Google Gemini through the paid API. Google does not train models on it.

- Separated by company
- Each company sees only its own data. The separation is set in the database itself, not only in the interface.
- Hosting
- Vercel and Supabase in London, Hetzner in Germany. Vercel is a US company, so a transfer to the USA is possible.
- What the AI sees
- Only what the task needs. Conciva, for example, does not send your customers’ delivery address to the AI.
- Data processing agreement
- Conciva processes your customers’ messages. So before you connect the first channel, you accept the agreement in the browser under “Vertrag”.
- Cancellation
- You keep working until the end of the period. There are no setup fees.
- Export and deletion
- Write to support@inomerce.com and we export or delete your data.
- This website
- No advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
In The Vision it is on the “Generieren” (generate) button, in The Office on the approval button for Nora’s plan. Only planning costs 3 credits first. The Author, Conciva and The Vision’s photo analysis and chat show no price on the button; see the table.
Yes. Under “Buy credits” there are packs from 2,000 credits for 20 € to 100,000 credits for 1,000 €, paid into your own balance. If it falls short, The Vision, The Author and Conciva do not start an action. Reading and sending in Conciva carry on.
Yes. A seat belongs to a person, not an AI coworker; the per-plan number counts people joining by invite code. Each person pays from their own balance. The owner’s plan sets limits and priority, its credits go to whoever books it. Conciva charges the owner.
Yes. Every price on this page is a final price including statutory VAT, for consumers and businesses alike, the credit packs included. Nothing is added on top.
